Webinar – Mindful Eating

Mindful Eating Interventions include mindful meditation and apply mindfulness techniques to develop an awareness of hunger and satiety cues, emotional states associated with eating, and external triggers to eat. Dr. Linda Knol is a Registered Dietitian with specialized training in mindful eating.  In this one-hour session, she will introduce several mindful eating techniques and discuss the benefits of using these practices.
