We recently hosted a wellness webinar where participants learned about taking care of themselves and their health after they turn 40.

Age is just a number. Or is it?

Our health needs more care and attention as we age. The more we do now, the better off we’ll be in another 40 years! Follow the tips below to keep your health a priority no matter how old you are.

1. Annual Exams and Screenings

Know what annual exams are recommended and keep track of when you get them.

It may be helpful to schedule your exams on a significant day every year, like your birthday.

2. Mindset and Priorities

Maintain a positive attitude and spend time intentionally with people you love

Connection and social interaction keeps us young and feeling fufilled.

3. Confront Your Unhealthy Habits

You probably know your unhealthy habits and what you should do instead.

Now is the time to start building healthier habits once and for all.

4. Think Total Wellness

Every part of wellness is important to understand and prioritize.

Think: mental wellness, physical wellness, financial wellness, social wellness, etc.
