We recently hosted a wellness webinar where participants learned to focus on things within their control when it comes to health, so they can not just survive but THRIVE!

Focus on the Basics

Sleep, hydration, food, movement, and relaxation techniques are the five areas to start with when it comes to striving for total wellness. We’re going to keep it simple for you and break it down into actions you can easily implement into your daily routine.

1. EAT

Cook a healthy breakfast balanced in complex carbs, lean protein, and healthy fats.

2. MOVE

Get outside for your favorite type of movement multiple times a day.

3. CREATE

Create more than you consume – Practice drawing, playing an instrument, learn something new.

4. CONNECT

Connect with friends and family through birthday cards, thank you notes, and quick check-ins.

5. REST

Establish a night-time routine with less screens and more reading or relaxation techniques.
