We recently hosted a wellness webinar where participants learned the potential causes of everyday aches and pains, what might make them worse, and areas to focus on to say goodbye to them forever.

Why does it matter?

“Just because something is common doesn’t mean that it’s normal.” You may be able to live with those seemingly small aches and pains you feel every day but imagine how much better you’d feel if you didn’t have those aches and pains. Try these three recommendations and see how you feel!

1. Start with the Basics

Get quality sleep, eat a balanced diet, hydrate daily, intentionally move, and practice relaxation techniques.

2. Make Smart Swaps

Think MORE gentle exercise, turmeric, fish oil, plant-based options, and stress relieve, and LESS sugar and refined carbs, alcohol, HIIT workouts, and trans-fat.

3. Think Differently

Try something you may not typically do like an epsom salt bath, cryotherapy, red light therapy, or acupuncture.
